so you know what i hate?
when i’m at the gym, i tend to put in my earphones and run. and when i do this, i have a tendency to zone out and at times, fixate on any given spot in front of me. inevitably from time to time, someone wanders into my visual zone out spot… and then they lock eyes with me… making it look like i’m staring at them.
i’m really not staring. really.

this is why i’ve learned to zone out on the tv area… but then again, i’m a people watcher so the gym makes it hard for me to allow my a.d.d. to take a nap long enough for me to zoom out.
