it was just time.

maybe i had the seven-year itch or maybe it was just that my eye was caught by another.  but this weekend, i made the move.   after many good years with my cell phone provider, i switched to att so that i could jump on the iphone wagon.  i am now the proud owner of one of these little beauties.  sure, it’s not perfect.  and yes,  i read every online review i could get my hands on before buying it.  but i just wanted one.  and i have not had any buyer’s remorse whatsoever.  it’s design and easy-to-use features make the ordinary task of calling someone “fun.”  i love any excuse i have to slide my fingers across the screen.  the fact that it syncs flawlessly with my itunes and outlook is just amazing.  when i’ve been out and about the past couple of days, it seems like everyone is talking about the iphone.  just yesterday, jeromy and i were in line and some guy goes off bashing the thing (probably in his job description since he works for another cell providoer).  at any rate, he didn’t even have his facts straight and he had never seen/used one.  say what you will about the iphone - it’s still a great little gadget.  once i’ve had it longer, i might write a mandaloo.com review of it. 

i’m working from home today since i need to sign my apartment lease this morning and i have an orthodontist appointment tonight.  i have to admit that getting to sleep in a bit today was a plus.  i’ve grown to like sleep a lot lately.  heh.
