dude…
today has rocked. it was jeromy’s and my one year anniversary… i surprised him by sending him a cookie bouquet to his work. it had a fisherman bear and fish and it said “i’m hooked on you.” i was a little worried that it wouldn’t get delivered, so i kept calling poor jeromy all day at the office to see if “anything cool was going on.” by afternoon, his cookie basket came and all was well. when he came over to my place after work, i gave him a business card holder that i had monogrammed with his initials.
and then he pulled out two little boxes.
jeromy gave me my birthday present early in conjunction with our one year anniversary gift… i received a $25 gift card to itunes and a new, red 8 gb ipod nano. i’m LOVING the thing and just drooling. i told him that it was too nice of a gift and he needed to take it back, but he would hear nothing of it. i am so tickled… we’ve spent the whole evening getting my itunes and such set up. he’s the best. it’ll be perfect for the gym and work and just everything. i have an older mp3 player, but it’s large in size and such. the nano rocks my face off. jeromy is too good to me. totally.
we went to dinner at logan’s and had steak. i’m totally stuffed. tomorrow is my grandma’s birthday. oh, and then i’m helping out kyle with a photo project i think. anyways, it’s late… more to come.

if you had shaken the packages, you would have messed them up…at least how they were situated in the boxes. and…i thought you were going to wait until saturday for both?!?!
his cookies that made it home looked great. the dogs were all sniffing at the new package to make sure it wasn’t for them…even they were impressed.

i was going to wait until saturday, but jeromy thought i would like to have them before then so that i can work on organizing my music on thursday and friday when i’m off from work. and he was right - i’m addicted already. i love my ipod - i am so spoiled by jeromiah. i’m glad his cookies worked out okay.

the cookies where great. everyone who had one at work liked them too.
as for your ipod, you needed to have it for this week. lots of boring time at home. now you have a project to keep you busy.
