my credit union came through and i was able to get a laptop last night. i’m thrilled… like, really. this is really the first computer that is all mine. so this is huge for me. there’s so much that it will be good for. i can’t wait to get all my music organized on it. it’s an hp pavilion… 1 gb ram, 80 gb hdd, dvd/cd rw drive, etc. i love it… it’s slick.
jeromy and neo went with me last night to pick it out. i was glad to have their input and opinions on things. i liked this particular one when i saw it last week. last night, jeromy and neo helped me to get all the crap the manufacturers put on there off and tonight, we’re going to get programs and such installed so that it’s ready to roll. here’s a pick of my new toy…
so there you go… i’m armed, i’m dangerous, and i’m ready for action.

i really like the laptop. tonight we’ll get you all fixed up and if there’s time we can go to target to look at laptop bags.

A new phone and now a new laptop? I can definitely tell you’ve been hanging around geeks.
We definitely have to cross paths soon. I’m hitting the Ridglea Friday night for some Yellowcard action, so maybe we can squeeze something then? Not sure, it starts at 7pm. Unless you want to come with, which is also an option!
Other than that, I will be gone from the 3rd to 11th. I’m vacationing in sunny Lubbock for awhile. And by vacationing I mean going to a wedding and celebrating my birthday with my buddies.
So let me know if you’re up for Friday or if you can hang tight ’til I get back!
